I don't use much energy...nor do my neighbors. The reason is that we don't spend much money. Some of us don't have much money to spend, others don't spend much money...and by not spending money we do not waste energy.
My apartment complex, like many on Kent East Hill in Washington state, consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Because we live in apartments, we don't waste heat like the big mansions that Julia Roberts, Al Gore and Leonardo di Caprio live in.
You see, a Section 8, in my opinion, is more "Green" than the Hollywood types who buy $200,000 hybrid cars and who build 20 room "solar mansions" that they will never live in.
Live small, use less.
That is my story, and the story of the common people who live on Kent East Hill.
